Rescheduling & Cancellations
All readings are private and confidential. The amounts charged are retainer fees to reserve your time with Michelle. If you can’t keep your appointment or change your mind, please notify her as soon as possible. You’ll have the option of rescheduling or canceling. An appointment will be marked as missed if there’s no rescheduling or cancellation request within five minutes after the scheduled start time. Missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the retainer fee.
Refunds
It’s rare, but a possibility that Michelle won’t be able to receive anything from those connected to you. This could happen for a few reasons, including that one of you might be feeling a little off or that the timing just isn’t right. When Michelle realizes this is happening, she’ll let you know and give you the opportunity to reschedule or cancel. Another possibility is that your energies aren’t a good match. If she understands this is the reason, she’ll provide a full refund and give you the name and contact information for at least two other mediums that she trusts and knows are well-qualified.
